you should not be asking for critical data in an App we just signed into which we know nothing about!!
Help me set up the IDX service i was promised. I am at risk from a data breach and apparently you could care less.
Allow additional phone numbers

It would be nice for the names of the accounts/credit card to show up, instead of numbers
Spell my name correctly so you can monitor my data correctly.
Make activation easier. I’m trying to get my info registered and I can’t. I emailed “product support” and I’m still stuck. Remember, you’re not dealing with computer literate people necessarily.
How about actually sending the the code you were supposed to provide? How about providing some people to answer the phone so I don't spend my life waiting.
"Credit and Identity Management" page should function

Please clarify what information the data center needs from me

Sometimes it is not clear what value I should give the data center (should I put a name? a number? which number from the card?). I had this issue with the passport and medical ID sections.
