after looking up Best Buy Geek Squad we called the number and the person said he would have his manager call us back but we needed to download Logmein and he gave us a pin number to use. After a few minutes we got a call and the person gave us his name and employee ID. We gave the pin and download Logmein and he got into the mac computer and stole credit cards and used the apps on the computer to order things. We are still fighting to get our refund from Citicards. Even though most of the charges were blocked, so you recommend Duck Duck Go to do searches but they did not protect us and Logmein is very dangerous app that people should be warned against using.
