A lot is unreported. Yet a lot of people, with financial or the want of a relationship vulnerability, fall victim to these scams. The Dating sites need to be held accountable, because this activity on their networks while not obvious to the victims, is very evident to these dating app platforms, yet they don't do anything about it, in fact, even encourage and pay people "date" just so that they have activity on their app, which in reality is a very, very shallow pool to start with, and in reality a social engineering paradise for scammers. Hinge comes to mind, yet they all are complicit.
