You should add New bank accounts with any personal info attached to it. If someone steals your i.d. and opens a bank account you should get a notification right away on here that there was an attempt to open a new credit or debit account , is this you and if not press no. 3 attempts have been made on me and my info and one of them was approved and opened with a debit card and checks sent out.
