How do I know who’s logged into my accounts; google, apple, gmail, etc.

On google you can see the activity on your account, including all the devices that have signed into your account. I’m sure it’s the same with Amazon & Apple but I’m not sure how to do it, I’ve only done it on Google bc they make it easy through the security check. Also change your passwords every so often and use strong passwords. That helps a lot
