As is probably common with many new IDX users, after setting up my IDX account I also went to a credit bureau to invoked a fraud alert on my credit report. Nicely IDX discovered this had happened and alerted me after a few days. The IDX alert was a bit confusing, though. While the name of the credit bureau was properly identified, the instructions were confusing, suggesting I contact the company at the phone number above, however, those phone numbers are my own numbers from the fraud alert, not the credit bureau’s.
