You advised for Google not to be able to follow my searches; how do Iset that up?

I DONOT KNOW HOW TO SET UP MY SEARCHES WITHOUT HAVING GOOGLE KNOW. I,M A NOVICE WITH MY IPAD…COULD YOU TEACH ME HOW TO SETUP?
