Most web sites that request one's credit card number, to pay for services or goods, want you to leave a space between each of the 4 sets of 4 numbers that identify one's card. After two days of unsuccessfully trying to change my card number for you, the prior card having been cancelled due to an unauthorized charge, and several calls to VISA, in desperation I entered my new number without leaving a space between each set of four numbers. That worked and you now have my new number.
Given that your "card change" web page does not instruct one to leave no space between the 4 number sets, I suggest you add one.
