Request removing data/accounts off the web

It would be helpful if there was a service available to help clients request the removal of data associated with them off the web (i.e., home address, phone number) on certain websites, like Whitepages. It would also help if the client discovers a breach of an account they have long forgotten about but can no longer access the account their email and other information is associated with.
