Allow Ability to Enter Multiple Enrollment Codes to Same Account

I called in to the 800 number because I needed an additional enrollment code added to my account, but there currently isn't an ability to do this. The rep told me my account is tied to one company since they're the ones that pay for the bill. In my opinion, I should be able to enter multiple enrollment codes because all of these companies should be paying for the breaches they caused.

I've received 3 different enrollment codes in the last year from separate companies, and I should be able to use all of them for the following reasons:

  1. Some companies pay for more services than others. I want all the services available to me through my 1 login to receive the benefits of all enrollments. The previous company provided way more monitoring than the current one I have which has the bare minimum and if there's an overlap then I can get the benefits of both. I don't want to have to move my account to each enrollment code to figure out which one is providing better coverage.

  2. I wouldn't have to re-register my information with each enrollment code. When my account was moved from one to other, all the data I entered in the previous account was wiped out. I had to waste time re-entering all the information that IDX already had on file.

  3. Since breaches are becoming more common, the enrollment periods overlap. If I have all the enrollments tied to my one account, I can be assured there won't be any gaps in the monitoring services whether some are removed/added over time. I also would like to see a history of all the enrollments in case some companies have more breaches than others so I can stop doing business with them and request to have my data removed from their systems.

  4. I could easily see which services I have available to me and when I can expect others to expire. This will give me time to determine if I should pay extra to IDX to continue certain monitoring services before they expire.

This is an absolute must. If the companies are sending multiple activation codes then we need to be able to enter those so the terms of contract are kept in respect to the additional activation codes. I should not have to enter multiple emails and addresses/log ins.

I agree with this above poster, plus I would like to see a place to enter an additional activation code, which would allow the term of the latest breach contract to run consecutively with the current account, basically extending the protection for the member. I have also received a code from a different company who should not benefit from the fact that I have already been breached by having their codes run concurrently. Or expire somehow.... I have a request in on a help ticket to address this issue, and I hope that there is a remedy forthcoming. If this issue has already been addressed elsewhere, please advise! Thanks!

The system currently requires one email address for each enrollment code. My wife and I have one email address and that is the only email address we want. We do not want another email address to monitor. Another email address to receive spam. This issue needs to be expedited. The clock is ticking on our data breach. Any further delay is potentially exposing clients to further unmonitored account damage. The liability lies clearly on your shoulders.
