Removing cell phone number from sites and blocking spam calls and text messages

I get dozens of spam text messages and phone calls a day. I get messages addressing me by one of my parents names and they never stop. I’m on the do not call list, but obviously these spam calls don’t care about lists. I’m a physician and have my phone on all the time, especially when I’m on call. The incessant text messages from political groups I have not provided my information to, medical insurance groups asking to help me with my business, and realtors asking about property I don’t even own is unbearable. I can’t do my job without being bombarded with garbage all day. There has to be a way to stop these constant messages and phone calls.
