YOU SITE IS VERY CONFUSING.

I received a letter from HCA Healthcare saying my records were breached. I was told to go your website to sign up for protection. I filled out the form but it wants to charge me and I have a code by cannot find where to enter the code so i won't be charged. The website is very hard to navigate and understand.

    I’m just trying to join this, my Humana notice told me to that there was a data breach and I’m trying to join !

    I think it would be awesome if someone such as myself who's already been a victim of a Data Breach and offered this coverage, that upon registration you just tell me what I need to protect myself out here in what I refer to as, "The Wild West!" Instead of someone like me a novice at best, trying to figure out this one, that one, ect. I want the easy button please.

    The exact same experience as above. I find that as a consumer that's been in a Data breach, victimized all over again by speeding untold hours on this ridiculous phone. Trying to figure out what's included in the coverage offered to me by the United States government in this case.
