Better MFA options.

SMS messages are not secure enough. Many secret questions have already been compromised and are personal answers the hackers can get information about without much effort. Caller ID can be spoofed for both SMS and Voice calls, and many hackers send messages with codes and then call and ask for codes. Multifactor authenticator apps such as Google or Microsoft authenticators are much more secure and should be offered as an MFA option.

One of the authenticators to add would be Norton VIP Access, usable by the growing number of users who no longer use handheld devices for serious comms.

So I was looking at the enhance MFA that requires an app. No thank you. IF you want us to use MFA, maybe consider more ways to do it so some of us will use one of them. How about an email with a code we transcribe? Some of us aren't so computer literate nor, like myself, have a cell phone.
