Need to be able to un-archive an alert. It's not completely apparent that "Acknowledging" an alert means to archive and eventually DELETE an alert.
In software, acknowledging something means that it is being addressed. "Acknowledge" in the case of alerts is very confusing.
I "Acknowledged" an alert about current, ongoing fraud that i am following up on and now the alert is in the archive and might be deleted. It's a bit upsetting in an already stressful situation.
