Good morning,
I signed up for a breach and then months later, received another breach letter through a different company.
In order to extend my coverage to include the 2 years offered by the latest breach, I was told to create another account with a different email address as there wasn't a way to add the newest breach to the older account.
If I receive another letter, I'll have run out of email addresses.
It would be much more convenient to add a new enrollment code to an existing account.
Thanks.
Also agree.
I have had to use lesser used email addresses to enroll in coverage for new breaches.
But TWICE I have had the same breached company offer new coverage for the same breach. IDX wants its money, but there ought to be a way to handle new coverage for the same breach.
The bigger issue is allowing the same email address for multiple breaches/coverages.
This topic should be featured on the Related Ideas page. I am not the only one.
Agreed.
I agree! This also makes it more complicated to stay on top of it.
