It would be useful under services to have a button to reactivate the servie if it expires. I have gone through 20+ signins to try and reactivate my accouont, and it brings me to log in page and states i already have an account however no pway to activate. When i go to main page without logging in to purchase a package it asks for my information and states i have an account. I AM NOT changing my email in order to keep/reactivate service, that makes no sense. You need to be more proactive and user friendly if you want to keep customers. Unfortunately for me my account/service expired as i did not look at emails during a family crisis
