Better communication with customers

Better customer service. I can never reach anyone who can tell me what 3 documents are missing. Initially, I told IDX I did not have a Twitter account but it keeps showing. IDX has been a nightmare. Now my email is on the dark web but no info from IDX on how to correct it.
