Extend coverage when I receive a new enrollment code from a new data breach

My information was compromised and I was given a complimentary IDX subscription for one year for 2022-2023. That coverage has since expired, but I have now been compromised somewhere ELSE, and have been given a new complimentary IDX subscription for one year, with an enrollment code. Since I already have an existing account and you already have all my personal information, you need to make it possible for me to reactivate / extend coverage by just logging in with my old account and entering my new enrollment code so that I can quickly and easily get the extra year of coverage. Support said that is NOT possible, that I have to sign up for a NEW account to use my new enrollment code, which means transmitting all of my personal information to you over the internet again even though you already have it. Plus, I cannot sign up for the new account using my email address because that is linked to my old account, so I would have to either 1) make a new email address just for this, or 2) have my old account deleted so I could re-sign up using the same address (and transmit all my personal information to you again over the internet). This seems silly to make it so difficult when all of my information is the same, and you could just tack on a new year of coverage to my existing account.
