Helpful if we could access assistance in getting signed up. Tried online and received a message that you couldn't verify my identity. Called and emailed. No response after 3 hours. 2/19/24

I've been trying for 3 hours to reach an English-speaking human for assistance in enrolling. I tried online enrollment but keep getting a message that you can't verify my identity. Very frustrating. Who's monitoring the information when you're closed? Unacceptable behavior.
