Extend Service if one is already member and another breach occurs.
I have been a victim several times. Each time I am offered IDX services. If I am already a customer, extend my existing coverage instead of my creating mutiple accounts.
I agree with the need for this. I just got another letter about a breach and 2 years of free monitoring. Since I already have an account (that will expire in less than 2 years) I can't get the full benefit of the 2 years yet another company is willing to pay for since they failed to protect my data.
