The worst part about the whole identity theft situation for me is my financial reputation was completely ruined. Credit that I relied on is no longer an option for me. my 817 credit in over one weekend went down to the 400s.. my bank did not handle the situation properly and I think they thought it was me at first. I was new to the bank and I was new to the state. began the very first month multiple payments and we're not being sent out by Bill Pay there was money missing money was being misallocated and nobody believed me. I deposited over $20,000 in this account and I couldn't gain access to it and I was in the process of moving and I had a sick parent so I let it go for a minute but by the time I came back and looked at my account which I thought would be safe and I wouldn't have to worry it had been 23 days 23 days that my account went from $20,000 and now had a balance of $52.17. I had a great reputation about paying my bills after this happened I have to pay deposits for utilities that I never had to do before I can't go to a new dentist because I don't have insurance and they won't take payments from me, my car was repossessed because I found out in one day that none of my payments had been paid they were paid but they had been redacted I was a victim of bank fraud as well as a result of the SIMS card swapping definitely did not believe what was happening was happening and did nothing about it so now I'm left with being talked down to almost losing my home I've provided the police report these late fees and Miss payments and returned fees remain on your account forever my credits are ruined I can't go buy another car mine was repossessed with one payment left because 9 months of payments went missing. I lost over $70,000 and it's still continues I don't even know what to do. I would love to know how I'm supposed to see a dentist or a doctor what can I do to repair my payment history I'm repossession now on my credit these things I didn't even do I don't know how to address those.
