I should be able to use one email address for multiple IDX enrollments

With so many data breaches impacting former employers, medical providers, financial institutions, government agencies, etc., I and others in my household are receiving multiple data breach notifications each year & more than one the impacted entities have contracted with IDX for monitoring services but each offers different terms (start date, length of service, dollar amount of coverage during monitoring period, etc.), yet IDX requires a different email address each time we enroll. We are running out of email addresses and are forced to create new ones or else lose out on the coverage being offered starting at different times of year and with different coverage terms. IDX's online platform should have a method to allow a person to have ONE email address but multiple IDX accounts activated under that one email address, distinguised by the unique enrollment codes and we could set up each one with a different name to tell them apart inside each IDX account. That way if my doctor's office, 2 of my former employers, one of my banking institutions, and the local govt entity I may have a utility account with, all have each experienced a data breach at different times, and each wants to offer me protection through a separate IDX enrollment code, I can take advantage of each plan being offered AND it would allow me to: 1) only need one email address, 2) only need to enter my personal info once unless I want certain accounts to monitor "more" stuff, which I could select for each "sub-account", AND 3) I would then only have to log into ONE IDX account instead of having multiple email addresses and passwords (all for different IDX accounts) to create and keep track of. You could create a naming format for each sub-plan within an IDX account (e.g., JaneBlane's XYZ Community Bank coverage; JaneBlane's ACME Former Employer coverage; JaneBlane's ABC Hospital Coverage, etc.). Each coverage would begin and end on different dates based on the enrollment codes, each could have the same or different info we want monitored (we would select/enter what to monitor for each), and each could have different $ coverages for those entities who contracted for that with you--again identified by the enrollment code.
