Be able to update free subscriptions

With all the breaches lately, it would be nice to be able to add a subscription that a company offers us without having to delete the previous account so we could use the email and not have to start fresh with adding all our information.

    Have 3 different companies that my info was involved in a data breach. Your company is the one they all three offered for identity protection and yet I can't activate your service because I have an account from a previous breach. The one I have now expires in 240 days and the lastest offer I have is for 2 years. I can't use it because you ARE NOT capable of merging my new offer. I would think you could fix this issue. I have contacted you several times via email and you chose to ignore me. Hopefully, if I do actually have a identity theft issue you won't ignore me then. Some help and some answers would be nice.

    As the wife of a deceased person, how can I protect my husband’s information from a cybercriminal? As the executor of his estate can I register a fraud alert on his credit with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion?
