My personal info has been stolen in multiple breaches over the years. Each time I receive notice of this, the company offers 2 years of identity monitoring & protection/recovery. It'd be nice, since the monitoring is always through IDX, that individuals like me can register the breach coverage through our existing account with IDX. So far, I haven't seen the most recent breach reflected in my IDX account center. My suggestion would be that the companies reporting the data breach to the individuals would be able to provide a person-specific code (provided by IDX) that we could scan or manually enter after signing in to our IDX accounts.
