Due to muti agency data breaches, I already have an IDX account. When trying to extend the expiration date from a new business providing the IDX Identity Monitoring, I could not just extend expiration of my existing account. Service agent said I had to set up a new account with a new email address. Doesn't make since. Recommend: Allow extending the expiration date of an exisiting IDX account when a new company data breach provides this service.
Totally agree! I have run into this more than once. This is silliness and not only creates abrasion with customers, but additional exposure if an individual has to create a new email account just for this. Please solve this bug pronto, IDX - thanks.
