Change Healthcare seems to have annual security breaches; they handle medical records for myself and millions. Their solution is free IDX monitoring which is okay (but they really should do a better job securing data). I am already signed up with IDX from the breach last year and the breach last month also resulted in an offer for a two-year complimentary subscription which is no use to me since I already have an account with a free period. IDX should allow separate terms or something to people affected like me.
