I have had two cybersecurity issues with CHANGE Healthcare. In September 2023 I enrolled in the IDX and now October 2024. These two incidents CANNOT be merged into my account. I have to create a new account using a new email. This requires me to manage two accounts with IDX with two different passwords. This is ridiculous is our age of technology that an new incident cannot be added to a current account. TWO
