Add TEXTING NOTIFICATION of any new personalized data breaches to IDX members

Provide immediate Texting of a warning and information to members anytime a new data breach is discovered for that affects their personal account. This would be HUGELY appreciated and needed. Quicker attention is needed through texting rather than email messages sent from time to time.
