Please see the notice claiming the website cannot identify the user. Your service people are saying this is due to the credit freeze

    If true, this is totally ridiculous! We ALL should freeze our credit to keep our credit safe. If IDX can't identify one of their customers because the customer has a freeze on their credit, it makes the service almost useless.
