when on the home page and in the dashboard you have the Cyber Scan that shows the breaches and the date that they occured. what is not intuitive though as I always find myself doing this and you don’t get actionable information. From a user functionality standpoint it feels like you should be able to click the item and bring up information on that breach. Instead when you click on a line item, it brings you to a page to conductt searches or view monitoring hits.
if you had the ability to open the breach line item, see a description about the item. I feel I would make notes either in the line item if the notes were specific to that line item. OR, a general note section where the note applies to my entire accoubt on IDX. Because identity theft is complicated having a central depositoy of notes and conversations you are having with others it would help keep the process organized.
the other thing that would be helpful is if you could upload documents like the police report and copies of the postcards you start getting because of the inevitable class action lawsuit.
