I spent 20 minutes today w/an agent who could not tell me beyond the "Change Health Care" enrollment earlier in 2024 for what OTHER breaches I am covered. [This since I asked him a question about the two-year period; for one breach, or for multiple ones?
I know IDX is providing me coverage for Loan Depot, but it seems I have nowhere to see OTHER breach data monitoring data unless I create a completely separate account with a unique email address, as the agent seemed to explain. This places the burden of monitoring on the consumer; tracking enrollments/breaches personally, or creating and having to use multiple accounts with unique email addresses. [Not all consumers have multiple email accounts. If a separate USERNAME was used, this could potentially eliminate that challenge for some.]
Given years working in IT, I believe that one consolidated account should be able to display Companies breached, coverage time periods, reports — and any allied data PER BREACH in a dashboard UI.
