I already have an account with IDX and have roughly 1 year left on the credit monitoring. I just received the new letter from change Healthcare of a new data breach and they offer 2 years of credit monitoring. I should be able to add this new breach to my account and extend it for an additional 2 years. I also believe in order to do that you might need people to enter a code or something from the data breach letter. However, there was no code given in this data breach letter from Change Healthcare so one would not be able to do that. So companies should have to provide a code for the data breach protection and IDX should allow folks to extend their current monitoring and not set up a new account. I only have one email address so I'm going to set up a new one just for that, especially when all my info is already in your system under my one existing email. I sounds like IDX is the place everything is using for these data breaches and they need to change it so that folks can extend their service when they get a new letter and not have to set up a new account.
