Is there an education tool to help us learn careful protection of our credit card usage? I’ve had three compromised credit cards since my last hospitalization and now wonder if it is related to this breach? I now am neurotic about removing and replacing cards to an RDIF pouch. Can people scan a card if not thus protected?

Would like to learn more ways to detect scams and potential data vulnerability.
