Called in multiple times to get help. Everyone says call another number or go to another web site. Asked for a supervisor, no help. Made a help request twice, no response.
Allow users to delete old breach notices that have been read so that only new ones show.
You can't determine what the notices are without opening the old list. Having a feature allowing the old read notices to be hidden would save time and worries.
Companies should be added so anybody who gets scammed can report it in a centralized place.
