Add a button for getting a code emailed

I was told to enter a code but have not received one.

    This turns out to be giant waste of time if a code is required but not provided in the letter.

    What good does registering do for those who did not receive a code?

    I have not received my code, please help so that I can receive your service for monitoring of my data, I have a free 2-year subscription from CHANGE HEALTHCARE because of data breeches.

    There was a greyed out code in the enrollment code field I didn’t recorit. Was that my code?
