Keep an IT guy in the office 24/7 and make sure your changing the security of your computers several times a day. If your constantly changing things passwords, pass codes, ect. Hackers would have a harder time breaking the code. They have all day to figure out how to get in so you should invest all day into keeping them out. There is no excuse for a data breech. In my opinion it's laziness on the company's part. We all know the hackers are out there it's not a surprise so why not be proactive.
It would be nice to start getting information about how I need to complete something or a way to help out.
