I signed up for complimentary IDX Nov 2023 due to medical record storage breach but can't sign up or extend free period offered due to new breach Sep 2024; you should allow extensions of service based on separate events

Allow an immediate Password change when you are told that your Password was exposed on the

During a Password check, I was told my Password was exposed on the Dark Web. Why don't you allow an immediate Password change? Get yourself together. I am a small business wasting my valuable time!

Credit Card account #'s

Right when something suspicious pop up on your credit report you should be able to put a stop to it right at that moment instead of calling

It would benefit obviously the customer and the company....for the company you would obviously get much more clients, and the customer would be happy and start recommending the company to everyone
