Make it easier to Renew and to Add to my Plan

I get an email suggesting I both renew and offering me a family plan. I click renew, login to my account and ..... look around, look around, check all of the tabs, all of the features, and....still looking now for the location to renew...???

Adding resubscribtion possibilities

If I was previously enrolled with a subscription that ran out, why am I not capable of re-enrolling without being subject to paying for another when a new breach has exposed my data? This should be corrected with the amount of breaches occurring

subscription active dates

Each subscriber ought to be able to easily see when a subscription began, and when it is scheduled to terminate or renew. Currently the subscription tab highlights which plan I've purchased, but I cannot see when it will expire.

Your portal is terrible
