Remove unwanted invalid info

Add option to "add a child" to an adult's account

I have minor children who need their credit monitored and would like to add them to my account instead of having to make a whole new account.

Make it easy to see where to add a code and a new code to extend services

With all the hacks, I keep getting new IDX codes. Some would extend what I already have. Please make it easy to enter codes AND make the new codes effective as per the letters we receive.
