Make it easy to see where to add a code and a new code to extend services

With all the hacks, I keep getting new IDX codes. Some would extend what I already have. Please make it easy to enter codes AND make the new codes effective as per the letters we receive.

Secret questionnaires protection

For more high protection, secret questionnaire's will be more secure to any member of HPHC..( Example: What's your father middle name or what city did you born?). I hope this will be helpful.

Allow the deletion of a warning if an action was taken

A recent cyberscan showed that I had a data breach within some accounts online and a recommended solution was to change my passport. I have taken this action and thought it would be nice from a clean up perspective to allow me to delete the warnings.

Simple phone authentication codes

I do not have a smart phone and your additional security authentication seems to require it. Can you just use any phone number for secondary security authentication? Other places text me a 6 digit code I then enter on the computer and its done. Ca...

Regarding Combolist: 'dropbox_part1.txt'

This alert is particulary unhelpful when the username is a primary email address. In my instance there are nearly 100 accounts using that userid. Disclosing the password relating to that breach would make remediation far more possible

Update Compromised Password

It would be of a tremendous help to allow us to change/update the compromised password through your system. It takes too much time to have to do this manually and people usually lose interest.

Add a tab where a new Data Breach code can be added.

I have a new data breach notice and logged in on IDX but since I already have an account, I can't find where to add the new enrollment code sent to me on the Notice of Data Breach.

Asking me for all personal information I was just told were breached

So this is not really an idea, more a comment. I went to register on this website because my bank told me there was a breach with a vendor they work with, that they stole name, address, social security, etc..., and that I could get a year of monit...
