Monitoring code not sent when I signed up?

I have not been supplied a code to enroll in monitoring when I signed up. Is there a reason I did not or should I not expect one? I just set up my account 8/14/23 about 3:30pm.

Be able to check my suspicious texts for potential fraud, assist in reporting to FTC

Provide us a Seamless way to report suspicious texts we receive almost daily that also could be automatically reported to the Federla Trade Commisiion's Fraud Database. (I currently do this on my own time permitting at ReportFraud.ftc.gov ).

See all family under one account

It would be nice to see the entire family under one account, particularly when one organization was responsible for the data breach.

I should NOT have to enter my Social Security number to get an account

Customers should be able to enter ONLY the data they are comfortable with to engage services. I am on this site BECAUSE of a breach of faith and INEPT data management. WHOS to say I won't have an equally dismal experience with you. I WAS UNABLE TO...

MFA should be available for IDX login

Since this is a monitoring site it would make sense to allow MFA for customer logins

Allow current account users, to extend there account, if another data breach has occured

Allow current account users, to extend their account, if another data breach has occurred. IDX is currently asking you to come up with a new email address. That is not a fix. This needs to happen immediately, before account expires please.
