Respond to Emails

My idea is that the IDX team is responsive to email support. It's been 1 month and I have not received a response.

subscription active dates

Each subscriber ought to be able to easily see when a subscription began, and when it is scheduled to terminate or renew. Currently the subscription tab highlights which plan I've purchased, but I cannot see when it will expire.

how do I get my credit score from your agency?

I have had Experian for over 10 yrs and they provide my credit score on their portal. I would like IDX to do the same.

Is there a reason a non smart phone can't be used for mfa? Thanks
