Add investigators for the spam and phone calls received after a data breach. The investigation should be used to prosecute the scammers. It is good that the company (HCA Healthcare) provided credit monitoring but they are not stopping the spammers...

Minor Child Credit or ID monitoring

It is stressful enough getting alerts for you ID, but you cant even see a minor childs in 24 hours let alone a week. I dont see why if I can prove parentage with legal documents, IRS PIN, or previous tax records this cant be accomplished sooner.

No Mobile Text Authentication??

New to the service. First used regular phone number for contact, then changed to mobile. No texts of codes, etc. Poorly written software.
