Add option on your website for previous users to restart their subscription due to another data breach

You could cut down on the number of calls I imagine you are receiving from people, like me, that are just trying to restart a subscription (already have an IDX account that has become inactive), if you would just ADD AN OPTION TO RE-ENROLL USING T...

Submit an image of myself and IDX lets me know which images of me are on the web and allows me to verify my consent to keeping them online.

We could upload an image of ourselves and using AI and pixel matching technology, IDX could find images of us online and make sure none are on the dark web or being used as deep fakes.

Need ability to change email

I entered the wrong email domain (msn instead of outlook) and entered the Enrollment Code. Now I cannot finish setting up my account with the correct email because the Enrollment Code was already used on a bad email.

No Mobile Text Authentication??

New to the service. First used regular phone number for contact, then changed to mobile. No texts of codes, etc. Poorly written software.
