CX Improvements

I don't need a pop up for every page I visit on your site to take a tour. It is way too much. It is poor CX. You should remove it.

Do I need IDX when I have McAfee total protection?

I have this question, because I am concerned about the two interfering. I received the IDX as a worrisome result of hacking that happened in my hospital's system. It seems to me that I only need McAfee.

The capability to add an additional claim.

I received an additional new breech notification and tried to find a place to enter the "Enrollment Code". However, I cannot find anywhere to enter the new code. It only wants me to extend my plan by paying for the extension or new claim.
