Please change the wording in the email when a new credit report is generated. Caused me a whirlwind of panic, thinking that there was something going on in relation to my identity then come to find out that it was simply a copy of my credit report...
It should be simple to put families on a single account
My whole family of 7 received letters. It would be amazing if I could add them each to a single account. I don't have 7 different email accounts and I don't want to manage 7 different passwords.
We need the ability to switch from security questions to receiving a text message as a option for account access. The security questions become stale over time and if you are away from home you will not have the information at hand.
my husband and son were also comprimised they only sent information for my stuff. Can I add their information to my account? Or send a separate set up for them?
Prevent more people from their data being leaked by offering the service before a breach.
