Allow for the addition of an 'Also Known As' first name
Some employers allow for the use of a Preferred Name, an AKA, which also often appears with the Credit Reporting Agencies. Allowing a Preferred Name to be added to the IDX profile provides comprehensive protection.
It should be simple to put families on a single account
My whole family of 7 received letters. It would be amazing if I could add them each to a single account. I don't have 7 different email accounts and I don't want to manage 7 different passwords.
Add "increase coverage" option button to my account page
Since it appears that Harvard Pilgrim has only purchased for me a lower level of coverage (35 0f 100 points), give me easy access in my account to options at some monthly cost that would increase my IT security.
