IDX only allows me to monitor 6 financial institutions. Many of us have investments in many more financial institutions. Please increase to at least 15 institutions.
Add callback feature instead of being placed on hold
When you know that you have a large number of callers on hold, please add a feature where you take our number and call back when you are ready to talk to us. It is impractical to wait such a long time each time.

IDK if this exists or not but if your identity is stolen. I only see credit monitoring but nothing about checking account new or attempted openings of accounts.
We need the ability to switch from security questions to receiving a text message as a option for account access. The security questions become stale over time and if you are away from home you will not have the information at hand.
